Dale "Shep" Shephard grew up witnessing his mother work day in and day out to make ends meet for her family. He carried this same work ethic through his entrepreneurial career as a general contractor, insurance consultant, and caterer. Shep has had the opportunity to work with some of the largest Fortune 500 Companies in the world.
